Room for rent is the MASTER SUITE, with private ensuite/toilet and walk-in closet. Room is at
opposite end of house to all other bedrooms, so you will have privacy (we never know if the current
boarder is there, even when he is "gaming" and "blowing things up").

Ideally we are looking for someone who is quiet and respects our space. We are a professional
couple in our mid-30s and have a young, well-behaved child.

Absolutely no smokers or pets (non-negotiable).

Located on a quiet, safe, cul-de-sac in Hamilton North, within walking distance to shops, bus stops,
parks, etc.

Rent is $165/wk and includes all utilities (including internet), unless the utilities substantially increase
